This card contains details like name of the person, NREGA registration number, household applicant information etc.
NREGA employment card also acts as proof of the worker's entitlement. Benefits and features of MGNREGA scheme
Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), rural citizens are assured 100 days of employment per year.
